When integrating APIs through Cryptid, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions of the individual API providers. Cryptid is not responsible for the content or functionality of third-party APIs.

6. Fees and Payments

Fees for using Cryptid services are outlined in our pricing page. You agree to pay all fees associated with your use of our services. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

All content and materials available on Cryptid, including but not limited to text, graphics, website name, code, images and logos are the intellectual property of Cryptid and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

9. Limitation of Liability

Cryptid shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
